Wisconsin: In the spring a Governor’s fancy lightly turns to thoughts of crackdowns

http://www.bluecheddar.net/?p=29828

This is image control. Scott Walker can’t have people singing in the rotunda of the Capitol of Wisconsin ever since March of 2011. (Oh. That was the occupation site, eh?)

In Walker’s version of Wisconsin, the land is full of iron seams and frac sand and non-union jobs for hard-working men and women. All the women are at home, all the men conceal carry, and all the children are in above average voucher schools.

Cap Times:”Another state-backed crackdown on the persistent Capitol protesters is likely to begin after April 1.

According to a “statement of scope for administrative rules and emergency rules,” obtained by The Capital Times Monday, the state is planning to promulgate emergency rules — a fast-tracked method to pass a new law quickly without public input — to once again define what sorts of permitted activities are allowed in the Capitol.” - New crackdown on Capitol protests may be imminent by Steve Elbow
