We have 5 axis routers where I work but they don't really do small contract work.
What kind of wood?

11. not exactly inexpensive but.... who knows, maybe they'd negotiate, with a long enough lead time.

...also, FWIW, don't know where in the state you are, but this is "Community Weekend" at
the Milwaukee Art Museum. Free admission + special events. You might find some ideas or
inspiration, or talk to someone who could point you to another resource or technique.
(Some kind of cast/mold?)
