Finally, a description of what it feels like for your state to dump Russ Feingold for Ron Johnson: (Original Post) undeterred Jul 2013 OP
That actually made me laugh out loud. So so SO very apt description. Ed Suspicious Jul 2013 #1
Yeah, but you gotta admit, RoJo is loyal ... Scuba Jul 2013 #2

... when the season finale ends and someone gets killed off... It sure seems that he would be a very good and cheap Irathient guest star that would need little or no makeup being done...

Too bad we couldn't get Ron Johnson also on as an alien guest star as well like we've gotten Arnold Schwarzenegger back in to the movies where he belongs.

I know he is our best hope of beating Walker right now....but...Russ is a remarkably good Legislator...he hasn't run an executive brance anywhere as of yet....I suppose we could depend upon him to bring back the infamous "government in exile" of good, competent, Democratic appointees who once guided the state under Democratic Governors but let's face it, the "government in exile" was pretty much driven into retirement by Walker's draconian treatment of State employees (the bureaucracy where most Democratic appointees retreated when Walker was elected; hence the moniker "government in exile&quot .

We need what is almost impossible to find:

A skilled and popular politician and an equally skilled and competent Manager of the Executive branch.

If we retake the Governor's office and at least one house of the legislature, we will have one more chance to prove that Democrats can and will run a tight ship; that Democrats can and will uphold the progressive values that made Wisconsin the envy of the nation; that Democrats represent prosperity, equality and environmental sanity.

We can't choose one trait over the other. We must strive to find both.

We must choose our candidate carefully.
