First the cops swept through and arrested at least 11 people by my count, though it was hard to keep track. Then they came back and picked off a random guy (there must have been SOME reason they went for him), and then came back for CJ and Damon. If it had been any group other than this, there would have been a riot. I had to hold people back as it was - and we're a peaceful bunch!

Shame, indeed.

The womens/planned parent hood rally right outside the building. I think they were emboldened by having less people in the Rotunda.

After the initial wave of arrests, there were so few singers remaining. I thought there might be a second sweep that would clear the rotunda. It was a real boost when those who had stayed outside to sing for the rally finally came in to join the sing along.
