Is that an old cartoon from the trucker occupation (sleds with fuel)? Or are new occupiers bringing in fuel?

Party Leader. That still doesn't date the cartoon. She was made leader 1/2 way through the Trucker occupation. I guessed that because there are no trucks on Parliament Hill the cartoon is from this week and the fuel is a metaphor. But I don't know.
