News report on cbc implied a quick security screening by canadian officials might be risky but they have promised Lebannon or Jordan that people will be processed quickly. I thought it was only the Russians and Syrians propaganda that White Helmits were terrorists? We've even seen such propaganda on our forums. I think it was DI.
