for insulting Biden seeing as how the US is Alberta's best customer. Nenshi is the former mayor of Calgary. Kenney likes to be a republican and score points to impress his friends. He is also hopeful Canada's dirty bitumen will replace the oil the US gets from shady countries. It is a marketing ploy but one where you insult your biggest, potentially bigger, customer.
