Ugly amount for Knox book

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-22362762

And once again, media attention, especially US media attention, is on this so-called poor-helpless girl when there's little focus on finding the true murderers of Meredith. And for her to accept such a astronomical amount for a book makes her look even more guilty than innocent.

You got any actual evidence? I mean something that would stand up in court? Forensic evidence that would put either Soleccito or Knox at the scene of the crime? Anything?

Or are you trying to troll me? "trying to find the real murderer" seems to be a code for giving life sentences to two innocent bystanders.

I'll spell it out for you (again) and if you have anything of substance to say you have unlimited space to reply. However, I'm still waiting for you to produce any facts. Oh, and do NOT accuse me (as you did in an earlier thread) of taking Amanda's side against Meredith or of not caring for the facts. As an Englishman who studied at a European university for a year and who lived in Italy, I want justice for my countrywoman.

The scene of crime report is quite clear. They found:
1. Guede's DNA all around the victim.
2. Guede's DNA on the victim's body.
3. Guede's DNA inside the victim.
4. Guede's faeces in the toilet

In additon, Guede has a record of breaking and entering, and was seen by several witnesses brandishing a knife in the week before the killing.

After a seven week investigation, the best the Italian prosecutor could come up with to prove his original theory of a satanic orgy was:
1. A bra clasp that had been kicked around the floor for weeks by the police before they ever noticed it was there and which had someone's DNA on it, but they couldn't tell whose.
2. A knife in Soleccito's kitchen with Knox's DNA on it, but which didn't match any of the wounds on the victim, and had absolutely no connection with the crime scene.

Now, I may not be Jonathan Creek, but it's clear to me that Guede broke into the appartment, raped and murdered Meredith and then fled to Germany, where he was arrested.

It's quite simple. Guede killed Meredith. He is a danger to young women and should be incarcerated until he isn't.

If you have anything relevant to say I am looking forward to reading it, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm glad to see some people in England pressing to find the real truth. I have followed the case for years and am shocked by not only the way she was railroaded by the Italian judicial system, but that Kutcher's family stood by and encouraged and bought into the theory pushed by the madman prosecutor. As Knox said herself there is no justice in falsely convicting and imprisoning people who had nothing to do with the crime. Guede should rot in prison for the rest of his life.

However, I wouldn't blame the Kercher family for anything here. It must be hellish enough to lose a daughter under those circumstances without the authorities feeding you a diet of unadulterated bullshit at the same time.
