Donnelly-IN,Heitkamp-ND,and Manchin-WV are the 3 Democratic US Senators who supported Gorsuch.

Those 3 US Senators plus Jones-AL are potential votes for Kavanaugh. 54 YES(including Collins-ME and Murkowski) 45 NO.
If we could get every Democratic US Senators to vote NO on Kavanaugh plus we force Republican US Senators from states with Democratic Governors to resign ASAP. Gardner-CO, Cassidy-LA, Kennedy-LA, Daines-MT, Burr-NC,Tillis-NC,and Toomey-PA.
We should use Heller-NV and Gardner-CO vote to confirm Kavanaugh against them during their re-election campaign.

to head the criminal justice division. Benkowski has never been inside a court room, but was on trump's transition team.

Kavanaugh on his answers to questions about maintaining the ACA and pre-existing conditions. Manchin claimed that maintaining health care was an important concern to his constituents.

Kavanaugh's position on the ACA is clear -- he's against it -- maybe Manchin is using the ACA instead of Roe as cover to deny approval of Kavanaugh? The other 2 senators (Donnelly & Heitkamp) should adopt this position of retaining the ACA in order to deny approval of Kavanaugh.

IMO the candidates running against Collins and Murkowski should campaign on this and not Roe.

When the ACA came up a year ago the majority of voters from both parties were for saving it, especially the pre-existing condition part. The Dems could win if they run on this, repealing the Tax Scam and Infrastructure as a party.
