Out of those 4 CO Democratic US House Member, Ed Perlmutter-D is likely to be the candidate.
If the CO Democratic US House Members don't run, The Democratic frontrunners are going to be either
Mike Johnston-D, Andrew Romanoff-D, Joe Salazar-D, Cary Kennedy-D, Crisanta Duran-D, or Kerry Donovan-D.
