The 2022 OH US Senate Elections Rating is biased toward the Republicans

Lean R 2

It should be Tossup, Tilt D, Tilt R

The 2022 AZ and PA US Senate Election Rating should be in the Tilt/Lean Democratic column.

But Trump won the state by eight points and the gubernatorial race doesn't look close. It isn't unexpected that the experts start the race with a red bias.
