Is Mandela Barnes going to run for the US Senate again in 2028?

Barnes lost to Johnson in 2022 by a 1 percent margin which is narrower than Johnson’s US Senate races against Feingold in 2010 and 2016.
2028 is a Presidential Election year which favors Democrats.
