(23,258 posts)States count the votes and certify the results.
Nobody else, particularly at the federal level, has any say about that.
There will be almost 500 house and senate races, and hundreds of state government races.
Lets see how many lawyers they can find who are willing to risk disbarment to take these results to court
Groups like Democracy Docket and the states themselves have been preparing for disruptors, and have handled them before in 2020, 2022, and 2024.
Ask Tina Peters or Kari Lake what happens if you reject the results

They're probably not going to interfere in voting because they would have to be spread out too thin to be at all the polling places. They are probably going to go to each state's largest Democratic majority County's election headquarters later on election night, after having their MAGAloons surround the places and harass the whole site to prevent precinct election material, including ballots, from being delivered and basically shut down the counting until the ICEholes arrive and seize everything and probably falsely arrest witnesses (election workers) as well.
Local police, sheriffs deputies, livestreaming local media and National Guard have to be deployed to either prevent this or at least make it happen live for the whole country and the whole world to see.
Point out that the assholes who sent your family members to the gulf are now trying to deprive you of another one of your constitutionally guaranteed rights.
