I have been documenting my issues on the computer for some time. At one time, an unknown antagonist wrote me a message that I would never play video games again. For over 3 years this has been and on again off again occurrence regarding the threat.
I enter into any website and it is as if I must wait for someone to push a switch before I am allowed to enter. I believed this is Politically motivated, and has to do with Verizon in NJ. I purchased a new computer recently, and it is still occurring. I tried to get help from Verizon tech support and they put me on hold and eventually hang up. My computer has a up to date videocard and 24 ram.

What can I do about this, if the powers that be are violating our freedoms without repercussions?

This is more than likely a technical issue. Nobody is targeting you to stop your internet. Perhaps your router has erroneous settings.
If you do not get a satisfactory answer with the verizon tech support, insist on speaking to a supervisor. I had technical problems before where the level 1 customer support (the first people you speak to, they follow a script and are not techies at al) kept giving me the run around. After escalading to higher level (asking to speak to a supervisor), they finally put me in touch with a real tech who figured out what was going on.
