we have a blocked video (flash thing) is telling us our flash drive is ......

I don't know what to do.....flash drive is.... not sure what it's asking me.... HELP

Meaning your Adobe Flash plug-in.

But the only reliable way to do this, if indeed you need to do it at all, is to go to the Adobe site:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Any other website might be trying to get you to download something you will be sorry you downloaded!

I had to Update my Flash Player today from a warning I got. I did mine for Firefox and need to update the Chrome and IE versions as well. I use a different browser when I have to access my work sites.
