I run Windows Defender constantly and keep it updated.

I stay away from all potentially dangerous websites, including pr0n, warez, etc.

If I suspect a problem, I run TWO programs at least. I almost never find anything (knock on wood).

I use DD-WRT firmware in my router. My router's SSID has been changed, default password has been changed and I use WPA2. I turn off wireless in my router.

I'm real paranoid about email, nuff said.

I changed all my passwords when I learned of the hack of my old pw-saving service. I no longer use them. Yes, they said no passwords were obtained because of their security but still.... better safe than sorry.

On all major risky sites (like my credit union), my password is super strong and able to withstand a brute force attack for quite a while.

I update my browsers regularly. I don't use SSL2 whatsoever.

Probably forgetting something.
