Anyone have any experience with SpeedFixTool?

I was looking at a link about The Bundy fiasco, and saw a link for SpeedFixTool. Needless to say they were glowing about it, but they are trying to eventually sell me something.

I always like to keep my eye out for things that could help my PCs run smoother, but am rather skeptical about trying stuff I find out there that I don't know about or isn't recommended by my comp guru.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

It's a registry cleaner apparently. You probably don't need to use one... PoliticAverse Mar 2016 #1

(many people think it's a bad idea to use one even). If you do there are fine free ones available.

Sites that I trust don't like SpeedFixTool. My computer won't even let a browser load its pages.

The consensus among experts is to avoid registry cleaners. If you feel you must use one, one of the most trusted free ones is CC Cleaner: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
