Can you set up Outlook to send email messages for you later on?

For instance, if I want to send a message several hours from now, can I schedule Outlook to send it for me at that time?

(or can you do that with any other emails?)

Click on new messages and click on message options. There is a "do not deliver before" option (time and date).
