Windows activation process always amazes me

I always buy OEM copies to save money. Since I just switched out my motherboard and memory, I had to reactivate it by telephone.

"How many computers is this copy of Windows installed on ?". Um 50,000 why do you ask ?

Royal PITA. Linux beats Windows hands down in this area.
