Have a new laptop. On Netflix (only) the sound starts to lag behind

the picture. I have to do arrow forward, arrow back, enter to get it to resynch. Often. Once I do that action a couple of times or several times, it starts to go okay. Some movies just get behinder and behinder. Wot the ell?

I had more problems like that with Hulu due to their commercials than with Netflix. Although some videos like the Roger Moore Bond films are herky jerky and they don't seem to want to fix the issue.
