What is the best way to get a screen shot from MPG video?
I'm looking for a no-nonsense, free program that can let me see the clips one frame at a time.

which is what I use for playing movies on the computer anywaybecause it plays pretty much any format you throw at ithas a frame by frame advance button along with a screen-grab button.
