got my malware in the first place. When I go to your link it's not clear which is the real malwarebytes download. Is it "ARO 2013"??

In any event I got malwarebytes from download.com without apparent unwanted addons.

However, when I run Malwarebytes it shows me the "pup" malware and allows me to delete it, but a couple of days later it's back.

process but the "pup" files return. I attribute that to my routine
computer use....whenever I re-visit wherever I pick these "pup"
files up, of course I've then got them again.....so....every few
days I go through the process all over again..

booting into Safe Mode before running Malwarebytes. I would also recommend you get and run Spybot and HiJackThis. They can be easily found through a Google search, and do also run them in Safe Mode.

That should help you get rid of ones that are stubborn to root out.

IF this fails to resolve the issue you're looking at manual procedures and we'll need a list of the offending programs to try to fingerprint whatever is installing them.

PUP-means potentially unwanted program. Usually more adware and spyware than actual malware. Or even a setting on your computer.
