Why does my online video's freeze up??

I am using an Aspire 5532 laptop running window 7. We have an Xfinity wireless router running our home network. Lately more and more when I open a YouTube video or NPR radio pod cast or hulu vids, they seem to freeze anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple minutes with an annoying buzz. Sometimes once sometimes multiple times back to back. What is going on? Is it something to with my computer or am I being restricted in some way? Also it seems to happening when I log on to Facebook. Please help.

It's in the Control Panel. And, see if it updates video drivers.

Check with flash.com and see if you have the latest version of Flash.

And check back in here, please ( :

You only want to install flash, nothing else.
