internet search on ipad suddenly only showing all ads and no actual content.

so suddenly when I search from safari using any search engine all the results are ads, not useful links. all ads period. same using chrome and firefox. all only ads. did I accidentally change something or is this new safari policy?

The screen goes grey and I have to close out the window and open a new one.

Clean out your history and web files and then restart your iPad.

Settings-safari- clean website data and history.
