Know anything about MacGuys?
I've been keeping a list of questions and issues that need to be sorted out -- I have a MacBook Air. Everything from spinning in password hell to cleaning up files and dealing with apps. I would love to do a sit-down (does anyone do that anymore or is everything by phone), paying someone to deal with stuff. What about MacGuys? Any experiences/recommendations?
