Related: About this forumQuestion about Bluetooth headphones
I have a pair that have worked well for a bunch of years. Now when I use my laptop and try to connect, it say's I'm connected, only the sound isn't coming out of the headphones, only the speakers on my computer. Any idea what's wrong? Any tips?

(129,507 posts)1. Does the headset have its own volume control? If so, check that.
Otherwise try connecting it to another device like your phone. If it still doesn't work the problem is likely the headset itself.

Use a Swab with alcohol - dont over saturate.

I had Bluetooth turned on on my phone. Once I turned it off, my laptop found the headphones just fine.
