The Iowa seat is not open. If Grassley is alive (and maybe if he isn’t) he’s running. If he runs he wins. Neither Axne or Finkenauer would stand a chance. Neither would anyone else.

He may retire soon after if COVID Kim is re-elected, and is willing to appoint his grandson Pat in his place, but he will run.
