CA- Xavier Becerra-D is the most experienced. US House Member from 1993-2017, State Attorney General from 2017-2021. and US Cabinet Secretary(Health and Human Sevices Secretary) since 2021.
DE- Lisa Blunt Rochester-D becomes the first black US Senator of DE. Tom Carper-D could retire or be challenged in the Democratic primary.
HI- Tulsi Gabbard-D.
ME- Jared Golden-D
MD- Anthony Brown-D will have an easier time defeating Larry Hogan-R and Michael Steele-R. MD only elects Republican for Gov/Lt. Gov./Atty Gen./Compt.
They only elect Democrat for US Senator.
