Mayor of Grand Rapids, largest city based in MI-3.
Bliss-D could make the race against Meijer-R a pure Tossup.

Winnie Brinks-D state Senator from Grand Rapids.
David LaGrand-D state Representative from Grand Rapids.
Rachel Hood-D state Representative from Grand Rapids.

The DCCC should recruit a top tier candidates like Grand Rapids Mayor Rosalynn Bliss.
