I would love to see the 3% of repubs that support Obama over their party....Probably the northeast republicans who often tend to be more liberal than most repubs...

This is why the electoral college is so out of date, and it doesn't serve this country and her people well. Tiny states with more land than people get two senators while ginormous states like California, get the same. As long as the electoral college is in place, we'll have corporate American calling the shots and elections. But that's just my opinion.

but the northeast, New England area, coastal west, and even the interior west are generally center left...

Yeah, that's a total canard about the country being center right....It absolutely isn't, the right gets away with that as much as they do the liberal activist judge BS, when the reality is the Roberts Court is quite fucking activist (see Citizens United)..
