Obama vs O'Reilly! Guess who wins!

Maybe someone will scoop me on this, but I've just learned of a special interview pre-Super Bowl on Faux Snooze. Haven't seen it myself yet, of course; but perhaps I can be forgiven for predicting the outcome of the interview. Now 'scuse me, I have an interview to watch! Normally you couldn't drive me to that channel for love or $ - but I'll go for President Obama!

Granting time to the giant blowhard that is Bill O'Reilly gives him the credibility that he really does not deserve.

3. Maybe it's because so many DINOS rag him about being too non-confrontational.

To some degree perhaps he needs to counter that grave misimpression for the sake of those who suffer it.

Although of course being himself - and POTUS at that - he does it in as nice a way as possible.

Who knows, there might even have been an element of revulsion toward O'Reilly and a little bit of personal pleasure in bearding the lion in his den. I thought it was mah-velous!

Unlike the Paul Ryan and Ted Cruz types, he is willing to go into hostile territory to do interviews. Meanwhile, we still have yet to see either of the aforementioned two do any interviews on any MSNBC prime time shows. If they are so confident in their views, why not accept a challenge from the other side? Reverend Al and Ed Shultz would be more than happy to have them on!

If any scraps were left, they could offer them to Maher or Stewart.

Oh, I almost forgot. I want a piece of them too. So sad my chows are no longer around to do interviews.

But calling him a coward? Not at all. The man does step up to the plate. I deeply respect him for that.

7. Thank you for your kind words. Criticizing the President somewhere other than this support group

is your right; if one of us disagrees with you there in that other place, we might be upset with what you say there, but likely far less so with the fact that you said it. I trust that over time, your understanding and approval of him will grow. I've gradually learned myself that when something he (or another Dem) does upsets me at first, my best reaction is to study the matter further. Generally with more information and understanding, my stress level drops.
