Naked man on car roof causes rush hour delays on I-95

I know with naked man, car roof, I-95 you're all thinking Florida. But that wasn't the case this time.

WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)– If you were stuck in traffic on I-95 in West Haven during rush hour this morning, you may be surprised to learn the reason why.

Traffic was delayed on I-95 southbound around 8:30 a.m. because of a naked man sitting on the roof of his car, near exit 42.

State Police say they responded to the area for a medical assist.

Traffic has since been cleared in the area.
