Couple accused of having sex on patio of family restaurant
ORLANDO, FL (WKMG/CNN) - A Florida couple is accused of having sex on a restaurant table in full view of parents and their children.
As people walked their dogs and as parents ate dinner with their kids, Orlando police say 32-year-old Jeremie Calo and his date were having sex in plain view.
The manager said that as soon as he realized what was going on, he tried to put a stop to it by telling the couple to pay their bill and leave.
But Calo allegedly said that his date couldn't get up at the time because she was still on top of him.
When police arrived, they arrested Calo for refusing to pay his $100 bill.
Police couldn't charge Calo nor his date with sex allegations because none of the parents who saw the sex acts wanted to write statements for police.
