Former Mother of The Year sentenced to 1 year house arrest.
"A woman once named mother of the year has now been sentenced to house arrest for threatening the family that bought the home she wanted.
Kathy Rowe apologized in court for posting ads on Craigslist inviting men to rape the woman who lived at the house.
Rowe wanted to buy the home, but lost out to the family she then threatened."
