it makes some people feel better if they can get a bunch of like minded people to rec their threads.

For some reason they aren't happy sticking their stuff in the groups where it belongs so it gets spammed all over the damned board in an attempt to get attention. It's like the dog always bumping the ball closer to your foot, he's not going anywhere until you toss that thing.
