We all saw how that turned out.

I will add I have a lot more respect for George McGovern who was a decorated WWII vet than I do for Bernie Sanders.

iphone or the latest shiny thing - and hope it catches fire with dependable and older Democratic voters - especially Blacks, Latinos, and Asians - in the hope that they'll be revved up enough to support and vote for Sanders.

Didn't happen. That's been made pretty clearly in closed primary States where there's minimal rat-breeding by outsiders.

Democratic voters tend to be wary of hype. We'd rather do our research before we make a decision because we don't want to have the wool pulled over our eyes. We've learned our lesson from McGovern and we're very cognizant of the fact that the GOP and their money-masters will want the weakest candidate on our side to pit their weak candidate against.

What does catch fire with us? President Obama. And even though we're still prone to do a lot of vetting on our own of candidates, Hillary clearly got the benefit of the doubt because of his soft-endorsement and his lack of one for Sanders. As Sanders' campaign gets exponentially nasty, PBO, Biden, and even his wife, Jill, are slowly coming forward, "flubbing" that they support Hillary Clinton, and true Democrats are rushing to support her.

Socialist or even the Liberty Party was something we could get behind, we'd be there already. Instead, we chose to support the Democratic Party and real Democrats. We made a conscious choice to BE Democrats. It's why Sanders is failing so horribly with strong Democratic voters.

Caucuses have mostly been in good states for Bernie, but data suggests he'd lose a net 50-100 delegates if they held primaries instead.
