Even if

At this point, even if Hillary Clinton DID release the transcripts, Bernie Sanders and the Republicans would invent some other criterion for her. She’s already met and in some cases surpassed the usual standards, but it will never be enough, will it? She’s released thirty years of tax returns, Sanders has released one and considers that just exactly the same and, therefore, she should release the transcripts. Comparing apples to oranges? Hell no — it’s comparing apples to a fruit that hasn’t even been invented yet. It’s no longer a matter of double standards. At this point it’s gone well beyond triples.

The question that remains: What will be the next hurdle they demand she jump?

No, it did not, the speeches was after she left the SOS. Sanders brought this up and we see he has voted with NRA more than once showing he is influenced by lobbyists, etc.

He has not offered up any of his conversations with lobbyists and Lockheed Martin. It is just something to complain, I am glad she point blank ask him to name one issue where her decisions has been influenced, he could not name one. Maybe he can find another reason to complain.

I watched him on Thursday night, he is so busy thinking of his next line he is not listening to her answers. Perhaps more concentration would help him.

"We haven't seen your ___ (fill in the blank)___. What are you hiding?"

"Some accuse you of ___ (fill in the blank)___. Why not prove your innocence and put the matter to rest?"

"This just in: New Allegations that the Clintons ___ (fill in the blank) __. So far they haven't responded to media inquiries."

(A week later) "They STILL haven't answered the question of ___(fill in the blank) ___. What are they hiding?"

(Any point along the way: "Oh they can CLAIM it's a rightwing conspiracy, but who believes THEM? The Clintons believe there's a set of standards for them and a different set of standards for everyone else, right? They're serial liars, and scandals just seem to follow them wherever they go, right? Aren't we all so tired of that?&quot

It could be "We haven't seen your copy of the Kama Sutra with your handwritten notes in the margin," or "your original hard-copy birth certificate," or "photographs of your skin pores magnified to disgusting degrees." What are you hiding?!

It could be "Some accuse you of murder," or of "secretly worshiping Satan", or of "being transgender and transgendering back again." Why not prove your innocence and put the matter to rest?

It could be "You still haven't answered the questions about whether you told your psychiatrist you have fantasies you wouldn't want everyone to know," or about "that disfiguring thing on your body it's said the Soviets have used to blackmail you," or about "the claims you're actually an alien being with blue skin and a great knack for makeup."

They actually have been accused of some crazy things -- up to and including murder. So it's not like she's surprised when they suggest she's in public service to rake in money as a greedy, corrupt woman. This was clearly the easiest way for her to make money, right? And she's approaching 70 with such a luxurious lifestyle -- sleeping until she feels like rising, afternoons on the yacht, evenings at the opera or getting pedicures, she's obviously chosen the path of a lazy rich person.

Seriously, every WORD she's spoken, every person she's known, every move she's made, they've tried to manufacture into a scandal. So this old "When did you stop beating your spouse" line only fools people too young to have opened their eyes, or too willing to accept any excuse to continue believing what they choose to.

Haha...so true and so UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. There's one set of standards for everyone and another for Hillary. Every day that goes by, it seems like I read yet another reason why she's the Devil/a whore/a warmonging bitch...I'm so f'in sick of it.

They wouldn't be happy unless she lived her life like a pauper...of course, then they'd invent other reasons to criticize her. I come away with the general feeling that people really, really hate it when women are successful/make money (how dare she?) / aren't shrinking violets. Arrrggghhhhh
