PA: Clinton holds at 98% probability.
MD: Clinton drops from 99% to 97%.
CT: Clinton increases 1 point from 76% to 77%.
RI: Clinton holds at 39%.

is primarily due to an ARG poll that shows is 50-44(which is laughable). They didn't include any racial demographics in their poll though so.... we can't check and see if they pulled a Gravis and included a terribly low number of African Americans.
Looking at the list of polls on 538, it's a stretch to believe that Clinton's numbers dropped 19 points in the last 5 to 8 days.
In Maryland???
