Related: About this forumApril 28 - Clinton Superdelegates Say Angry Sanders Supporters Are Harassing Them
Some of the [phone and email] messages called me names. Some of them called Hillary names. And others said I was a stupid bitch and something bad will happen to me, said Schumacher, a Democratic committee member. Its kind of hard to take sometimes.
...
Barry Goodman, a personal injury lawyer in Detroit, suddenly found his firms Yelp business review page besieged by bad ratings.
You deserve this rating. Why does some random lawyer get more sway than the citizens, read one comment.
Gus Bickford, the former executive director of the Massachusetts Democratic Party, was taken aback by the threats that flowed into his inbox and onto his Facebook page.
Someone put up a list of the superdelegates and a person from Rhode Island posted a response that basically said, They should all be assassinated and then said Im only joking,' recalled Bickford. With the way people are talking, you never know whos going to take something like that seriously.

See how you are spreading the bullshit as if it were REALLY Bernie supporters? I have seen this posted about 3 times already tonight here at DU. What would Sanders gain form this? What would Hillary gain? Think about it.
Let's never forget that these are online posts!!!

(41,989 posts)This is NOT new behavior. Article after article has been written, a plethora of personal stories as well as analysis. Despite being a progressive hero, Sanders is losing his ass off. This kind of thing is part of the reason why. We told you, we told you, and we told you so. Believe what you like.

(3,179 posts)takes a great amount of nerve considering the hateful wishful thinking, rumor mongering garbage directed toward Hillary you have stored in your journal. We have protected groups for a reason. I suggest you stick to your own.

(9,704 posts)Secondly, I do not post "hateful wishful thinking, rumor mongering garbage directed toward Hillary". I am concerned about issues regarding the FBI that will be used against her in the general. Bernie went pretty easy on her. She is going to get hammered in the general and I am very worried about that.

(3,179 posts)I find it strange how many posters claim to have accidentally stumbled into what is intended as a safe haven group for supporters of Hillary. I have no doubt that you are oh so concerned about the email issue. Sander's supporters have made that "concern" more than evident, some even going so far as hoping and wishing for an indictment in order to propel a losing Bernie to the nomination.
I suggest that you refrain from posting your disingenuous "concern" for Hillary in the HRC group and respect boundaries put in place for good reason.

(9,704 posts)So I post this with utmost timidity.
I have seen bullying here on DU from both sides. Unfortunately, we have lost some wonderful DU'ers who were Hill and Bern supporters in this campaign. Sad.
But honestly, do you really believe that a person who supports Bernie is really going to say that? If they did, they are either seeking attention or have some sort of mental illness. It's the internet for God's sake.
I just find it disturbing that this sort of thing is posted here so frequently at DU when I do not think it represents how most people really feel or act. Obviously, the person who posted it is fringe and disturbed. If I looked, I'm sure I could find some pretty upsetting posts from the Hill crowd on the internet too. I don't look, though, because I do not think they represent her campaign or the people I know and love who support her.
I just wish the same deference were shown to Bernie supporters.
Now, I must bugger out of here. Apparently, I am breaking rules. If you want me to delete my posts, please PM me before alerting and I will. Thanks!

(9,494 posts)Flip the delegates! It's a revolution! Sanders and Trump are political brothers. Their followers met in California last night and the inevitable happened. I feel sorry for innocent bystanders and the police.

(44,173 posts)Rep. Raul (I can't spell his last name) in Arizona should vote for Hillary because she won his state and his district.
I'm also pretty sure that FORMER state Rep. Nina Turner's district in Ohio voted for Hillary. How would she vote if she were a superdelegate?
It's time for Bernie to tell these people to dial it back.
