Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumHate to tell the BSers, But Hillary Won The Most Delegates Yesterday...Again.
According to the Green Papers (http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P16/IN-D), the final tally in IN was:
Sanders - 44 pledged; 0 supers
Hillary - 39 pledged; 7 supers (out of 9 available).
So, Hillary wins the state again, 46-44.
The best Sanders can do is to claim the 2 remaining super delegates which would even the score at 46 (and those 2 delegates are listed as being available by GP). Of course, those delegates could also split or go to Hilary.
Hillary is now only 181 delegates away from reaching 2383.

He won yesterday with pledged delegates and it is expected that the sd's who were for her before are not going to switch

(24,396 posts)This is the best way to present the argument because it is steeped in REALITY, which none of Sanders's "how I'll win" arguments are these days.

(16,104 posts)which it does - why would we be expected to not count committed superdelegates?
So they "feel" better about continuing a failed campaign?

(31,241 posts)him. What the BSers don't understand is that "just winning" isn't enough for BS at this point. He has to win blowouts everywhere as a few points difference just doesn't net him the number of delegates needed to close the gap.

(24,396 posts)IN is now over, and that's one less contest left for him to close the gap. Since he actually underperformed yesterday, the gap has widened in the % of pledged delegates he needs to win in each of the remaining contests.
