I mean, he would try, but look at how difficult it was just for Obama to get a tax increase on earners making over $400,000.

These people have thrown common sense out the window

Sanders would get destroyed by the Republican propaganda machine

Good luck selling those tax increases to a General Election electorate

During the dotcom boom Warren Buffett told an interviewer he'd like to teach an economics class, and give a test with one question: "Value an Internet company." Anyone who put down an answer would get an F.

Ever since Bernie's numbers came out I have said one thing over and over: You cannot put a hard number on the price of Bernie's programs because you don't know the actual demand figures. Bernie's numbers for healthcare are based on CURRENT utilization levels. His numbers on college are based on CURRENT levels. What will the REAL levels be when you tell people who have really fun diseases like prostates so swollen they look like third testicles or big black lumps growing between their breasts, "you can go to the doctor now and incur no out-of-pocket expense"?

But he is a populist-socialist. HRC people are the liberal progressives. Hillary can't promise glitter farting unicorns, and we wouldn't believe her if she did. We are stuck in that fact based reality world.
