Sanders: Democratic convention could be 'messy' (HRC GP)

Read Source: ASSOCIATED PRESS

May 23, 7:05 PM EDT

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Bernie Sanders says the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia could be "messy" but that "democracy is not always nice and quiet and gentle."

Sanders said in an interview with The Associated Press Monday that his supporters hope to see a platform at the July convention that reflects the needs of working families, the poor and young people.

He said he will "condemn any and all forms of violence" but his presidential campaign is bringing new people into the process who have never gone to a political convention before. He said he hopes "their voices will be heard."

Asked if the convention could be messy, Sanders said, "So what. Democracy is messy."

His clothes are messy.

His speech is messy.

His "plans" are messy.

His finances are messy.

Some woman should clean him up.

He predicted millions of new voters. That didn't happen. He predicted a revolution. That didn't happen. He continues to predict his imminent victory after the superdelegates negate the will of the voters and hand him the nomination. That's not going to happen.

What could he possibly say at this point that is credible?

If you're going to incite a riot you sure as shit better not expect the Philly taxpayers to foot the bill.

It will bite him in the behind. Any "message" will be usurped by the anger. There will be violence and hate speech and his supposed condemnation will have all the weight of Trump's.

Mikulski, Boxer, Reid and other heavy weights have asked him to get in front of this. If there's trouble they will not forget and his future will be different than if he had more sense.

I do believe that the DNC is definitely PLANNING for there to be some stupidity, I expect if they really try to get out of control, there will be consequences that they will NOT like.
