This sounds to me like a very special - but nasty, rude Hillary hater - dream fantasy.

I am waiting for Joe Biden to comment on this Dowd opinion piece. He did kind of suggest it was a fantasy already.

Then again, I think Joe Biden would be livid at his son being used this way, and would have immediately clarified this

4. If this story is true....

...the only source could be someone in the room. Either Dowd made it up, which is very possible, or Biden camp wanted it leaked, which makes me feel even creepier about the whole thing.
