Now that they no longer need Sanders and his surrogates to bash Hillary, they're calling in the conservatives to do the job.

This was in Orange County, CA, one of the most conservative places in the country and these were two known Republicans.

One of them was a woman, a developer. She contributed $100,000 to the RNC. A lot of money then. (still is, of course).

And she told the following story: She was invited to a reception for the "Club 100."

Haley Barbour was the RNC chair and he approached her with his southern smooth accent:

"And who are you with, little lady?"

She coldly looked at him and replied: I am with the Club 100.

And that was that.
