(297,574 posts)Look, shed make a great vice president, the campaign manager, Jeff Weaver, said of Mrs. Clinton to John Heilemann of Bloomberg Politics. Were willing to give her more credit than Obama did. Were willing to consider her for vice president. Well give her serious consideration. Well even interview her.

And, that's President Obama to you buster.
Ignorant, arrogant, condescending blowhards.

Who says crap like that?!

(42,372 posts)Nothing wrong with challenging a candidate on his/her positions, past votes, etc, but this condescending crap? Who do they think they are attracting with it? No one but the Berniebros and they've already got them.

Bernies campaign is starting to fall apart it seems.

(10,406 posts)Frankly, Sanders showed his ignorance in hiring Devine in the first place. Devine was a senior advisor to both the Gore and Kerry campaigns and both campaigns were run horribly. Gore allowed Bush to steal the election and Kerry's response to the swiftboat attacks was so pathetic it was embarrassing and cost him the election.

(28,270 posts)Shows an appalling lack of good judgement on Bernie's part.

(297,574 posts)In an interview with CNN on Wednesday, Mr. Sanders said he did not know what Mr. Devine was referring to.

(22,871 posts)Yes,I just read that on a sub forum( guess which one). I suppose the NAACP are also the real racists, as they promote the advancement of one race, following this line on thinking too.
The Unhingement....it's coming.

(9,494 posts)I'm not shocked. Bernie is not a well like person and he seems to have a really nasty attitude. Birds of a feather!

(1,771 posts)Not the demeanor you'd expect from a Presidential Campaign. I joked about GDP becoming one large snark fest. Now it makes sense.
And it strikes me odd that Senator Sanders claims no knowledge of what Devine said. This being a person that you would probably communicate with more than once a day. Maybe his campaign staff has gone rogue. Maybe they are out right now soliciting the need for a few Super Pacs.

(297,574 posts)Or maybe he's just playing innocent. What's worse?

(1,771 posts)But they also know who is responsible for what and any decision to change the direction of the campaign would be something that Senator Sanders would be involved with.
The thing that bugs me? Sanders is first and foremost...... a politician. And he always will be. I understand that about Hillary but that little tidbit gets lost with some Sanders supporters.
