Here is the new Van update and guess what? They had nothing to do with any breach in October, absolutely nothing because it looks like a different company was handling the data.

(13,877 posts)"*a different company" ?? This is such a mega-complex data company that there aren't any others, so I heard, except California has its own. It's the Gold Standard for Democrats. And look who runs it...HRCs old buddies.
There was this President who once said "I am not a crook." There were some naive people then who thought he was telling the truth.

(869 posts)people could see this in Bernie's campaign....now instead of having the honor of being the first man to lose to a woman for presidential office....and having great page in the history books he's going to be apologizing for the rest of the campaign and have his nose rubbed in it on election night.....not shocked, but I think the Bernie people should have been better than that....it's the desperate actions of an organization whose people have lost and just want to get their swipes in as they go down...she did great in the debate saturday btw...Cheers, Maggie

(1,968 posts)I'm going to assume that the Sanders campaign simply didn't know that they were dealing with a different company.
Which means further incompetence, not necessarily malfeasance. Still, not what I want in a Presidential candidate.
At this point, I'm expecting Sanders to quietly retire at the end of his term. Having carpetbagged over to the Dems, he's got to have lost a lot of panache with voters.
