the pundits have written him off since Hillary's bounced back in October and their doom and gloom narrative fell apart.

There is absolutely no way 9% of primary voters do not vote for one of the three candidates on the ballot. And MOM had never reached 7% support anywhere else.

I haven't dived into the methodology, but just on the top side, I'm pretty skeptical of the questions and population parameters established.

But, I can confirm the poll claims to show that 9% of likely primary voters plan on voting for some other candidate besides the official three. That would be an unprecedented number of write-ins, to say the least.
