Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumHillary's ads are plastering South Carolina.
I'm down here right now watching CNN and Hillary has had an ad at every commercial break so far, just saw one I hadn't see before with James Clyburn,it was beautifully done. She takes nothing for granted.

(765 posts)Do you think the #blacklivesmatter protest will have any impact? Just woke up to that news.

(31,170 posts)talk with her, and the women just kept cutting her off and going on disrupting, so she was removed. Sounds like the just wanted to grab video, and not really talk to Hillary at all.

I fully support #blacklivesmatter and the whole concept of peaceful protest (having done some myself). I hope this gets a dialogue between Clinton and the BLM activists started.

(22,871 posts)than she did. That being said,I think the Sanders BLM protest at NN was handled OK by Sanders,it was his supporters who did the damage to him. I haven't seen any backlash by Clinton supporters. Politicians are going to have to learn how to talk to BLM and address their concerns, they aren't going away and they have legitimate concerns, obviously.

(765 posts)I agree Clinton could have handled it better. She did try to talk to the young woman, and people in the crowd yelled to let her speak as well, but then Clinton got visibly annoyed. I guess we'll see how this shakes out. Clinton is never allowed to be human and fallable, so whatever. I hope the exchange proves to be beneficial in starting a conversation.
