Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumGlad to see that Susan Sarandon is getting called out on twitter and other social media. HRC ROOM
I don't think she realizes she damaged her candidate tonight. I have no respect or sympathy for her and she deserves all the condemnation she is getting.
She is a fool and a tool for the gop.

(1,053 posts)you know, if you have to kick start a revolution artificially...
Say, wait a minute!
I thought Bernie was against engineering revolutions and
political meddling? Now we're supposed to let him and his
acolytes purposefully drive the country into the ground in
order to do just that?
Certainly wouldn't trust any of these people to be the
stewards of the country. They kind of remind me of
those parents that drive their kids into a lake and
drown them in order to "save" them.

(4,507 posts)her entitled attitude doesn't hold up very well under close examination.
Initial reaction I'm seeing is that she has revealed what might not be so great about Bernie's revolutionaries.

I expected her to start asking about WTC 7 and missing Boeings.

(90,793 posts)Or a lunatic. One of those. Electing Trump "will bring the revolution" for real and so that outcome would be a totally good thing?!?
I wish I had been able to pay closer attention and hear it all the way through, but Chris looked gobsmacked.

In general I give very little weight to celebrities' positions in regard to politics. The only reason they get attention is because they are celebrities.
Let's see, Noam Chomsky said he would cast his vote for Clinton ahead of Ted Cruz, Donald Trump or another Republican.
Susan Sarandon isn't sure
bluestateguy
(44,173 posts)she need not fear the consequences of a Trump or Cruz presidency, as people of more modest means would have too.
Much like the spoiled brats I personally knew in 2000 who were Naderites.
