Bernie Sanders tried to retroactively steal Nevada from Hillary Clinton (another article on Nevada)

http://www.dailynewsbin.com/news/bernie-sanders-is-trying-to-retroactively-steal-the-nevada-caucus-as-we-speak/24336/

Remember the Nevada democratic caucus two months ago, when Hillary Clinton defeated Bernie Sanders by a margin of five percent of the popular vote? Clark County held its nominating convention today, intended as a mere formality to select the individuals who will travel to the state convention and cast Nevada’s delegate votes in accordance with the will of the people. But as has become par for the course lately, the serial-cheating Sanders campaign has spent the day trying to retroactively steal the state away from Clinton through various shenanigans.

The trouble began when Clark County credentials chairman Christine Kramar was caught looping the Bernie Sanders campaign in on a private email exchange with the Hillary Clinton campaign, thereby giving Sanders access to the Clinton campaign’s confidential information (not the first time Sanders has stolen Clinton’s private data in this election). The Clinton camp pushed to have the chairman removed from the position in favor of someone neutral, and the reason for concern quickly became apparent why.

We cant be quite ,we have to stand up for our rights for Hillary!!!!!

Good, glad they're calling it like it is..

It’s still unclear how today’s cheating scandal in Nevada will play out, or what legal measures the Hillary Clinton campaign may have to take in order to ensure that the delegates she won in the state based on public voting will remain credited to her. But at this point one thing is abundantly clear: the Bernie Sanders campaign is willing to consistently try its hand at blatant cheating as he falls further behind. Hillary Clinton now leads by more than 2.5 million votes nationwide. This story is developing.

Karma's gonna catch up to BS and it won't be pretty.

Thank you for this, Iamaartist~

Nevada caucus chairwoman, accused of cheating, stages sit-in and gives middle finger [video]

Amidst the overall meltdown today at the Clark County nomination convention in Nevada, which saw multiple delegates apparently shifted from Hillary Clinton to Bernie Sanders amid accusations that chairwoman Christine Kramar was cheating on behalf of the Sanders campaign, she had a meltdown of her own. Caught on camera, Kramar walked into a meeting where the Executive Board was supposed to be deciding her fate. She staged a sit-in, demanding that she be arrested, before ultimately leaving and throwing the bird at her own office.

After finally being told by a building maintenance man that they all needed to leave the building because it was after-hours and was closing down, she claimed she was being “trespassed.” One board member sought out the camera and made fun of her for “drama.” As Kramar was walking out, she threw two middle fingers. Perhaps this is what the bird that landed on Bernie Sanders last week was really signifying? Watch the bizarre meltdown below:

In a six minute video posted to YouTube, Kramar begins making her case to the Executive Board, some of whom admit they’re not even sure what the accusations are against her. But rather than stating her case, she almost immediately demands that one of the board members physically remove her, trying to physically goad him into a confrontation, before sitting down on the floor and asking the rest of the room to join her in singing “We shall overcome” and sit on the floor with her. They all declined, with one asking her to stop acting in such a fashion.

Sun Apr 3, 2016, 08:56 AM
Apr 2016

by Jon Ralston

Despite losing the state on Feb. 20 in the caucus, Bernie Sanders' campaign swarmed the Clark County caucus and probably flipped two delegates from Hillary Clinton's camp. Clinton was presumed to have a 20-15 delegate edge after the caucus based on her 5 percentage point win in the caucuses. But because the caucus process allows some delegates to be unbound, 12 of those were up for grabs at the 17 county conventions Saturday. Sanders had 600 more delegates in Clark on Saturday despite losing...

I have had it with his campaign and supporters calling Hillary every name in the book. Another broken promise on how he would run a clean campaign. I guess it is more than evident that the man behind the curtain is not who we thought he was.

It is starting to look like every thing about Sanders is phony.

The Clinton campaign gave Sanders three different dates for the NY debate, and he rejected all three.

Three different dates, and his campaign couldn't find one that was satisfactory.

I have had it up to my neck with Sanders and his bullshit

vote for Bernie, of course. His campaign not only represents double standards but outright lies when its sends out false emails (or a la Henry II towards Thomas a Becket - encourages and allows such to be sent) specifically to deter Hillary's supporters for attending the meeting.

It used to be that the GOP or GOP operatives were the only ones who did this to each other. For example, all previous precedents involve GOP candidates and their primary opponents. And it used to be only GOP operatives who did this to Dems, aka Nixon's dirty tricks squad against McGovern, etc.

But now, for the first time in recent years in a Dem primary, the long-time Dem candidate and front-runner is subjected to dirty tricks and outright lies from her primary opponent who finds himself in a losing position. That he then presents himself as purer than thou instead of as the politician who will do anything to be elected that he so clearly has shown himself to be shows exactly how much scorn for the electorate he has, IMO.

If nothing else, this shows how much the "Convenient Candidate" despises the Dem party, its leadership, and everything that Dems stand for, which is not so much a surprise as a very deep disappointment.

Sanders has finally lost ALL credibility with me. IMO, he has absolutely no class left and even the low road has fully eroded around him. I'm completely done with him now.

by reading one of the many other threads that point out that:

a. the caucus system in Nevada is a product of Harry Reid and the Nevada Democratic Party's hubris, not a devious plan hatched by Bernie Sanders years ago; and by the way, that system also gave Obama extra delegates in 2008 when Hillary delegates failed to show up at the state convention
b. when Christine Kramer was removed, two Hillary supporters linked arms with her in solidarity because they also thought that she was being unfairly targeted https://www.dailykos.com/stories/1509733/full_content
c. all delegates received that infamous e-mail and both campaigns tried to correct the misinformation; apparently Bernie's campaign was more successful in their outreach
d. all delegates who showed up at the convention were seated
e. after the initial votes were counted and hundreds of people left, a Hillary delegate made a motion to recount the votes which would have disenfranchised all of the delegates who left because they were told their votes had been registered; only the fact that this motion was voted down by the delegates who were present stopped this attempt at stealing the vote

The letter that was sent ONLY to Clinton delegates by the suspended chair of Clark County Christine Kramer. This letter indicates, falsely, that attendance was not required at the convention. Sanders supporters did not receive this notification. A lawsuit has been filed and this will be going to a courtroom which will not be the kind of exposure Sanders will want as being a blatant cheater. But as we have all heard, cheaters never prosper!

from the first caucus.

The delegates in our state primary will be determined by the election results.

At the state convention the state delegates that were elected go into their respective congressional district to decide the delegates to the national delegates.

Anyone running for a national delegate position allocated to Hillary or Bernie can only run for the spot allocated to the candidate they declare their support.

Separate ballots are printed for Hillary and for Bernie. State convention delegates can only vote for national delegates in their congressional district. And they have to select a Hillary or Bernie ballot that has a list of people supporting the candidate. No one can get a ballot for both candidates.
